Timberline Construction Corp. has joined New Hampshire Life Sciences as the trade group’s third founding member. Timberline will join Novocure and Novo Nordisk in launching NHLS, the first statewide life-sciences association built for the industry.

New Hampshire Life Sciences (NHLS), a newly formed trade group that supports the Granite State’s life sciences industry, has signed two companies that employ hundreds of workers as its inaugural founding members: Novocure and Novo Nordisk.

The New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) today announced the findings of a statewide life sciences industry assessment, which found that the state’s life science workforce added 1,484 jobs, representing a 15.1% growth rate within the industry and 3.8% of the state’s total job growth between 2012 and 2021.
